1. About the Community Library
The TeachSpark Community Library is a free public resource where teachers share activities built with TeachSpark. Anyone may browse and download activities. No account is required.
2. Uploading Activities
By uploading an activity you confirm that it is your own original work, that you have the right to share it, and that you grant TeachSpark and other teachers permission to download and use it for educational purposes. You retain ownership of your content.
3. Prohibited Content
Do not upload activities containing copyrighted material you do not own, personal student data, harmful or inappropriate content, or activities not built with TeachSpark.
4. Removal of Content
TeachSpark reserves the right to remove any uploaded activity at any time without notice if it violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
5. No Warranties
Activities in the Community Library are shared as-is by individual teachers. TeachSpark does not review or endorse uploaded content and is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or issues in shared activities.
